Responsibilities

Support real estate transactions from contract to closing

Draft, review, and organize legal documents and closing files

Communicate with clients, attorneys, realtors, lenders, and title companies

Review and interpret title commitments and prepare closing statements

Ensure accurate and timely document execution

Translate and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients

Maintain organized records and coordinate key deadlines
