Responsibilities

Turnkey Projects or Product/Equipment-Only Projects. Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area

Medical devices knowledgeAutoCad proficiencyProject Management experienceFluency in RomanianFluency in EnglishPlanningExecution skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving abilityEstablished project management skills

Required

Previous Project Management experience within medical devices, construction, automotive or HVAC industries
Residency in West part of Romania (preferably Timișoara, Cluj-Napoca, Târgu Mureș, Oradea, Arad) or Bucharest
Readiness for frequent travels
Driving license B category
Familiar with AutoCad
Fluency in Romanian & English

Preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
