The Development Operations Engineer will bridge software development and infrastructure operations, ensuring high-quality and reliable software delivery through the management of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and operational tooling.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code
Optimize cost, performance, and reliability across cloud environments
Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Automate build, test, deployment, and rollback workflows
Implement blue/green and canary deployments to minimize downtime
Build internal tools and scripts to streamline developer workflows
Set up and maintain observability tools (New Relic)
Ensure robust application logging, tracing, and alerting
Lead incident response for production events, performing root-cause analysis
Drive post-incident reviews and long-term remediation initiatives
Implement DevSecOps best practices across pipelines and environments
Manage identity access, and environment hardening
Support SOC 2, ISO, and internal compliance requirements
Create automated checks for vulnerabilities, dependencies, and misconfigurations
Partner with software engineers, QA, and product teams to streamline delivery
Improve developer experience through automation, self-service tooling, and environment lifecycle management
Qualification
Required
