1+ years expSimply Ride is an award-winning motorcycle dealership seeking a Motorcycle Service and Parts Advisor. In this role, you will assist guests in scheduling service appointments and performing assessments on their motorcycles, with opportunities for growth within the company.
Retail
Responsibilities
Answering incoming service phone calls, emails, and chats
Scheduling guest appointments
Check motorcycles in and perform a walk-around when a guest drops off
Advise guest on repairs needed
Input Repair Order notes adding recommendations on repairs and resolutions
Follow up on Parts ordered to Repair Orders
Closeout/Cashier repair orders
Assist the parts department with cashiering customers and selling parts/apparel
Move motorcycles around the shop
Participate in Motorcycle Events/Activities
Qualification
Required
General understanding of motorcycle mechanics (dealership experience preferred)
1-year previous customer service experience
Valid motorcycle endorsement (Selected candidates will be required to submit to a motor vehicle records check)
Preferred
Previous experience as a Service Advisor
Some experience working on motorcycles (dealership experience preferred)

MUST have a strong attention to detail
Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
Good phone, email and in person communication
