Responsibilities
Designing and implementing automated tests throughout the entire lifecycle of application development
Creating, developing, and maintaining automated test sets and strategies for various products
Collaborating with peers and stakeholders to identify requirements and contribute to solutions from initial test design to a comprehensive testing suite
Working closely with Support and Escalation teams to replicate and identify the root cause of customer issues
Identifying, analyzing, and thoroughly documenting any defects discovered during automated testing
Proactively identifying test gaps, conducting root cause analysis, and contributing to closing the loop on defects found by customers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software system testing or equivalent
Proficient in System testing with a strong emphasis on end-to-end Automation
Hands-on experience in automation using Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, and/or similar languages
Experience in qualifying enterprise products in cloud and container platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
Familiarity with VMware, Disaster recovery, and Data protection
Familiarity with SAN or NAS or systems
Ability to independently deploy and maintain test environments
Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Capable of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Natural curiosity combined with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
