Responsibilities

Support the Site Superintendent for oversite of work progress, subcontractor manpower and correct work coordination between the trades

Assist to ensure that the subcontractor and vendor work is completed safely and in compliance with the contract documents and project schedule

Assist with collecting and assembling on site testing reports, inspection reports, Operation and Maintenance manuals and As-Built Drawings for close-out documentation to the IPS Commissioning/Validation team and client

Conduct pre-bid walk-throughs and de-scope meetings

Provide support in the development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans along with schedules

Develop a working knowledge of the project budget for assigned trades and identify exceptions to the project budget throughout the execution of the project

Develop change control documentation, including financial, as changes are needed

Ensure that all submittals meet project requirements and are distributed, reviewed, and stored

Conduct constructability reviews, evaluation of vendor and subcontractor invoices, and evaluation of requests for payment against actual performance

Provide daily reports of site conditions and review job safety analysis documentation

Regularly interact with clients on site, listening to their needs, and positively demonstrating the IPS's focus on client experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree

A minimum of 1 year of experience (may be Co-Op or Intern experience) in Construction, Engineering, Project Delivery or a related discipline

This position will require the individual to be located near assigned client project sites

You will visit Client sites and will be required to adhere to stated safety rules
