New Grad, Entry LevelFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Quality Operator to inspect, test, and ensure the quality of high-tech components throughout the manufacturing process. The role involves performing a variety of quality control tasks within the production line and warehouse setting, while collaborating with engineering, production, and management teams.

Responsibilities
Inspect and test products at various stages of production
Operate quality testing equipment and measurement tools to verify product specifications
Read and interpret quality control documentation, specifications, and guidelines as they pertain to the job duties
Perform detailed visual inspections of components and finished products for defects
Document quality issues and communicate findings to relevant departments; work closely with engineering, production, and management teams
Conduct regular quality audits and maintain detailed records of inspection results
Follow quality control procedures and maintain documentation of testing processes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles
Must be able to work well in a team setting and be willing to collaborate with others as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred; candidates with prior experience without the preferred education will be considered
Basic computer skills required
Must be able to read measuring instruments, quality specifications, and other documents written in English
Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly
Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs; must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours
