Responsibilities
Supports administration of and updates to current system configuration, features, modules, and processes
Assists with the identification of opportunities for process optimization, automation, and simplification of tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes
Partners with the People Systems team to identify breakdowns in system processes and functionality, escalate support needs, and implement break-fix resolutions
Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize, test, and implement system enhancements, releases, and changes. Helps to develop, execute, and document test scripts
Supports administration of HR data tables and partners with key stakeholders to complete recurring data integrity audits
Assists with ongoing monitoring of HR integrations and escalation of interface failures
Creates end-user documentation for HR teams, managers and employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience working directly with Human Resources data and systems
Administrator experience in the Oracle HCM application and related modules
Demonstrated experience in supporting HR functions and projects
Experience using business analytical skills including facilitating sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements
Experience providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
