Responsibilities
Answering phone calls, determining the persons issue and getting them through the intake/hiring process
Selling the firm to new clients
Looking up case information online and via phone to accurately quote potential clients
Calendaring dates online
Input client details into database and excel
Keeping office/work area clean
Scan closed files
Shred old files
Qualification
Required
Must be a people person that is patient, likes to talk, and loves to help people!
Must be Bilingual-Spanish and English
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be able to consistently be at the office 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Must be available to intake new clients on nights and weekends as needed
Must be able to perform all general duties on a daily basis
