Bridge Inspection Team Leader / Engineer IV

Responsibilities
Perform routine, in-depth, fracture critical, tunnel, and canal inspections
Inspections may include use of snooper trucks, bucket trucks, boats, and/or man lifts
Include bridge design work and the ability to complete design related tasks with a clear understanding of state, regional and municipal standards
Qualification
Required
BA/BS + 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Valid DMV license
Preferred
6+ years' experience with bridge inspection and/or bridge design
PE highly preferred
AASHTOWare Bridge Rating (BrR) experience
AASHTOWare Bridge Management experience
FHWA-NHI-130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges Certification
FHWA-NHI-130078 Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques for Steel Bridges Certification
FHWA-NHI-130110 Tunnel Safety Inspection Certification
Experience operating snooper trucks, bucket trucks, and man lifts
