Treasury Management Sales Enablement Officer

United Community is looking for a Treasury Management Sales Enablement Officer to support the development, implementation, and retention of Treasury Management products. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver client solutions that drive revenue and ensure regulatory compliance.

Banking

Responsibilities

Onboard new Treasury Management products and create training materials for RTSOs and Operations teams
Oversee the Billing Department to ensure accurate and timely billing; develop plans to automate billing processes
Monitor and manage product performance, including profitability, usage, risk, and customer satisfaction
Lead product enhancement initiatives and collaborate with marketing to develop product demos
Maximize non-interest income through strategic sales activities and fee collection
Manage controllable expenses to optimize profitability
Provide expert-level support to Treasury Management customers and internal partners
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal training requirements

Required

10–15 years of experience in financial services, particularly in public contract areas of banking
10+ years in a sales environment
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product success
Undergraduate degree required; advanced education or certifications in finance or business is a plus
Strong understanding of banking operations, electronic payments, and treasury services
Proficiency in PC operations and software applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective writing skills for documentation and correspondence
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of customers and employees

Preferred

Familiarity with compliance training and regulatory standards in banking
Leadership experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
