IT Help Desk Technician
Priority Cares Home Services is a New York-based agency dedicated to providing compassionate care to communities. They are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Microsoft Office, and other software problems
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Assist in setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions
Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT management when necessary
Ensure all systems and devices are secure and up to date
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ year of experience in an IT support or help desk role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
