Start in 2026 SummerKohl's is offering a Leadership Management Internship at their eCommerce Fulfillment Centers, providing a ten-week hands-on experience in distribution operations. Interns will learn about managing a high-volume fulfillment center, develop leadership skills, and engage with diverse teams, with the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.

Responsibilities
Obtain hands-on experience in the many facets of distribution operations
Be exposed to the behind the scenes of managing a high volume online fulfillment center
Learn how a Kohls.com order goes from the click of a button to the customer’s front door or to one of the brick and mortar stores
Interact with, learn about, and engage with many different types of personalities
Learn how to have courageous conversations, navigate peer to peer relationships, and how to lead and inspire teams
Manage a department within one of the EFC’s
Participate in a Kohl’s Volunteer Event
Attend Kohl’s Executive Speaker Series to hear directly from senior leaders
Qualification
Required
Junior standing towards a bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operation; full-time (40 hours) availability June through August
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
