Responsibilities
Utilizing dealership systems to identify and purchase vehicles directly from our service drive customers
Acting as a BDC agent to engage customers with proactive calls, texts, and emails regarding early lease termination and vehicle upgrade opportunities
Proactively contacting prospective private-party sellers and trade-in clients to acquire inventory
Collaborating closely with our sales, service, and management teams to meet and exceed acquisition targets
Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions and vehicle appraisals in our CRM while adhering to all compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in a dealership setting (sales, BDC, or acquisition) is highly preferred
A strong background in sales, customer service, or call center environments
Excellent communication skills—you're comfortable and confident on the phone, in email, and in person
A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your time effectively and hit your goals
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software and other digital tools
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to commute to Pasadena, CA 91107 (Required)
Ability to relocate to Pasadena, CA 91107 before starting work (Required)
