Responsibilities

Required

3 years Proven experience as instructional designer and technical trainer

Excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting manner

Collaborate with a wide range of educational partners and vendors working with CESMII on revenue programs with educational resources

Advance working knowledge of MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Strong design, demonstration, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with industrial data acquisition, edge gateways, integration of manufacturing systems and cloud pIIoT/SM platforms

Experience demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks frequently with short timelines, to prioritize and organize work and to complete assignments in a timely, accurate manner. Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently or as a team member, with minimal direction

Thorough knowledge of functional area and understands how work within one course may impact work being done on other courses or in other areas

Thorough analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a start-up environment, and juggle multiple tasks in support of organizational objectives

Advanced level skills in application of planning, resourcing and monitoring of effective design life cycles of training and other learning and performance solutions to support the organization

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training

Preferred

3 + years Three plus years applied Smart Manufacturing or industrial automation experience including skills with Python, PLC programming, MQTT, OPC-UA, and ISA95 standards

Certification in Smart Manufacturing or industrial automation
