Point-of-Sale (POS) Project Manager

The POS Project Manager will ensure that new merchant installations are completed on time and within budget while fostering strong relationships with clients and overseeing the installation process.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Engage with clients throughout their Tonic POS installation process
Ensure all communication with clients (calls, emails, texts, meetings) is documented in Salesforce, including detailed notes and follow-ups
Perform regular 'pulse checks' to gauge client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
Ensure that all requisite documentation and information, including contracts and menus, has been collected from client
Verify the Scope of the project, including labor, software, hardware, and integrations to meet the specified needs of the purchase
Ensure that the sales Budget is appropriate to meet the needs of the client while maintaining the profitability guidelines of the company
Delegate tasks among team members and provide consistent oversight to maintain the installation project Schedule
Verify that the work produced by the team members meets or exceeds the Standards of Quality defined by the company
Provide onsite POS training and support, as required
Serve as an escalation point for any company-related issues affecting assigned clients
Address any issues or conflicts that arise with clients promptly and effectively
Qualification

Experience acting as the primary point of contact for clients

Experience engaging with clients throughout the installation process
Proficiency in documenting communication with clients in Salesforce
Ability to perform regular pulse checks to gauge client satisfaction
Experience in project management, specifically in installation projects
Ability to collect requisite documentation and information from clients
Experience verifying project scope including labor, software, hardware, and integrations
Ability to ensure sales budget meets client needs while maintaining profitability guidelines
Experience delegating tasks among team members and providing oversight
Ability to verify work produced by team members meets quality standards
Experience providing onsite training and support for POS systems
Ability to uphold operational standards and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Experience serving as an escalation point for client-related issues
Ability to address issues or conflicts with clients promptly and effectively
Preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry
