New Grad, Entry LevelHard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is responsible for providing an engaging gaming experience, and they are seeking a Clerk II for their Revenue Audit team. This role involves overseeing daily audits of cage, slots, and non-gaming revenue areas, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities
Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Northern Indiana their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service
Responsible for auditing all casino accounting activities
Responsible for verification of paper trail of all casino monies as required by gaming regulations and Internal Controls
Responsible for auditing jackpots, hopper fill, table fill and table credit transactions and the verification of attendance counts
Responsible for the reporting of daily income
Maintains manual accounting logs
Responsible for all non-gaming audits. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the department supervisor. Adheres to all Indiana Gaming Regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission
Must successfully pass background check
Must maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data and casino policies
Must successfully pass drug screening
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
Knowledge of the Gaming industry, including principles and practices of a capital and operations budget
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and other accounting systems
Knowledge of 10-Key calculator
Knowledge of sound interpersonal judgment and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial systems and proficiency with spreadsheet software
Knowledge of audit functions
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Ability to perform basic mathematical problems
Ability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks
Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and guests
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, and management
Ability to be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed
Ability to interpret policies and procedures
