Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems for process automation using PLC, HMI, and SCADA technologies

Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications and control narratives

Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with existing plant infrastructure

Utilize Studio5000, FactoryTalk, and other software tools for programming and monitoring processes

Support electrical design and integration of control systems with DCS and other industrial automation technologies

Participate in the commissioning and testing of controls systems to ensure optimal performance

Manage projects related to process automation and ensure timely completion within budget
