Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Medical Care for patients 18 and above
Orientation time to ramp up schedule to a maximum of 8 patients per 4 hour session, 9 sessions per week
Protected administrative time Wednesday mornings
Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
Outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Team-Based care delivery model
Preceptorship opportunities available
On-Call opportunities available but no required

Qualification

National CertificationNYS LicensureBLS CertificationDEA CertificationTeam-Based care

Required

National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
NYS Licensure
BLS Certification Required
DEA Required
