Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will lead curriculum development, conduct training sessions for staff, evaluate program implementation, and support students in skill acquisition programs.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership to teachers and other staff in the areas of curriculum development and behavior
Coordinate and conduct training sessions for all classroom staff
Conduct observations to evaluate the effectiveness of training and program implementation
Develop and present data and information on treatment fidelity
Take over duties for an assigned classroom in the absence of a teacher
Direct instruction to students to assist teachers in developing skill acquisition programs when a student is not making adequate progress
Administer and manage online database systems (KITE, EZTRAC, IEP DIRECT)
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including pre-CSE, CSE as needed, parent training, and treatment team meetings
Ensure that all reports and documentation is presented on time for annual reviews
Prepare students for transition to adult services
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree (in Special Education preferred)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential
At least five years experience in supervising and training staff
At least five years experience with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
