Responsibilities
Coordinate, manage and prioritize all projects and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis for three departments - Installation, Engineering and Service/Maintenance
Lead and manage department managers to achieve KPI success criteria
Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion
Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects
Provide leadership and guidance fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Act as the primary point of contact for customers to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction
Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience
Lead and manage all Line of Business (LOB) projects and associated processes
Lead weekly LOB meetings
Lead weekly EOS L10 department meetings
Work closely with Leadership team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, processes, and procedures
Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
Work collaboratively with all IM Solutions staff for the greater good of the company
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and leadership skills managing team of 15 or more people
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audio Visual and IT project management and construction methodology
Must have a strong understanding of Audio Visual and low voltage systems
Must have a strong understanding of IT networks and standards
Commitment to people management with dignity and respect
Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements
Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office
Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred
