Responsibilities

Advise the Company and its subsidiaries on a broad array of legal and regulatory matters

Effectively collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the organization

Advise internal clients on business decisions and help mitigate associated legal risks

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company and its subsidiaries, including provider / physician agreements and commercial contracts

Advise on employee relations issues and assist with internal investigations

Identify regulatory concerns and, in partnership with internal partners and external counsel as needed, ensure compliance with fraud and abuse laws and regulations

Represent and advocate for the Company and its subsidiaries in dealings with third parties in business ventures and corporate transactions

Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory developments affecting the healthcare industry. Provide real-time legal assistance to internal clients (including participating in an on-call rotation after appropriate training)

5+ years of experience required practicing as an attorney; top law firm training preferably followed by in-house experience; some healthcare law experience preferred
