Responsibilities
Collaborate with Kathryn and her team on luxury residential properties in NYC, the Hamptons, Westchester and Southern Florida
Provide support for each client project from conception through installation
Help create mood boards, prepare presentations, create and manage FF&E schedules, secure samples, create and manage custom furniture orders, liaise with sub-contractors and vendors, prepare quotes, assist with product sourcing, place and track orders and coordinate deliveries
Qualification
Required
Passionate about interior design
Highly organized
Great attention to detail
Energetic
Collaborative
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe)
Minimum of 1-2 years in the interior design or architecture industry
Undergraduate degree with a major or minor in interior or architectural design
Preferred
Experience in design accounting software
