Engine is transforming business travel into a personalized and simple experience. The Senior Motion Designer will create and animate motion assets across various formats, collaborating closely with designers and producers to bring creative ideas to life and define the brand's motion identity.

Responsibilities

Concept, design, and animate motion assets across brand, product, and marketing surfaces

Work across a range of outputs, videos, social content, campaign spots, product UI, and brand identity motion

Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and producers to bring creative ideas to life through animation

Create and document our motion principles, building a flexible, scalable, and distinctive motion system

Explore new techniques, transitions, and visual languages to keep our motion fresh, dynamic, and ahead of the curve

Prep and deliver assets optimized for web, social, product, and events

Support product and marketing teams with motion best practices and technical QA

Qualification

Required

5-8+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or related creative production

Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Figma and figma ani pipeline, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Cinema 4D, or other 3D generative tools is a plus

Strong grasp of timing, composition, and visual storytelling

Excellent design sensibility, you can build from existing systems or create new ones

A portfolio that shows range: brand films, social animation, UI motion, and campaign work

Ability to take projects from concept through delivery with precision and creativity

A collaborative, curious mindset and a drive to push the work beyond the expected
