Responsibilities
Support Navy Participating Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) teams with GFE program database management
Collect, organize and format data to support preparation of program status reports, briefings and presentations
Provide technical assistance developing complex queries, updating data, managing look-up tables
Provide GFE database administration support, train and assist users and perform database maintenance
Work with cross-functional teams, field offices and vendors at multiple work locations to collect inputs
Assist with the evaluation and implementation of process and procedures to improve efficiency and performance
Organize, research and manage multiple tasks
Qualification
Required
4+ years of relevant DoD database management and SharePoint management experience
Experience providing program management technical assistance, developing complex queries, updating data, managing look-up tables
Experience providing database administration support, performing database maintenance and training and assisting users
Experience working with GFE/GFI database systems
Proficient using MS Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Familiar with N-ERP
Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, research, and prioritization skills
Meticulous attention to detail in organizing, formatting and managing program data
Ability to operate independently within a team environment
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
8 years of relevant DoD database/technical data analytics experience
Experience using MS Access and advance MS Excel skills
