Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle
Guide teammates and lead the development of algorithms and systems
Use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise clients as they make informed decisions

Required

8+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
8+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis
8+ years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
Experience leading a team, including projects and deliverables
Experience leading the development of solutions to complex programs
Experience with GenAI tech and ML ops
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience with the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, SQL, or NoSQL
Experience with JupyterHub and Jupyter Notebook
Experience with machine learning, AI, or NLP
Experience with applying and querying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
