Responsibilities
Assist the design team in all phases of multiple projects, from initial concept development through final installation
Coordinate with vendors to request samples and obtain quotes
Prepare, track, and maintain purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain project documentation, including presentations, schedules, and other related materials
Provide support in developing and refining floor plans and elevations
Organize and provide on-site support during project installations to ensure successful execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in interior design
2–3 years of professional experience in an interior design firm
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Suite & Photoshop
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong understanding of FF&E procurement for high-end residential design projects
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
