Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and execution of the business vision, strategy, and financial and operational plans for CTDI’s European business
Provide direct oversight for CTDI’s European subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
Serve as the senior liaison between European leadership and global headquarters, ensuring seamless communication, reporting, and execution of corporate priorities
Facilitates daily P&L reporting and analysis, in accordance with CTDI standards
Partner closely with European Managers to achieve P&L, KPI, and customer performance objectives
Drives and reports on P&L during normal daily, weekly, monthly meetings
Manage progress to financial targets and business plans, and establish operational priorities
Ensure subsidiary compliance with corporate standards, policies, and procedures
Oversee customer relationships at the executive level, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments are met

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in business operations
Strong financial acumen with deep expertise in P&L, balance sheet, and profitability drivers
Proven ability to manage diverse teams across multiple geographies and cultures
Exceptional communication skills, with ability to engage, influence, and build trust at all levels internally and externally
Strong executive presence; comfortable presenting to global C-level customers and internal leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead through ambiguity
Willing and able to travel extensively

Preferred

Master's Degree
Senior leadership experience in service-focused industries such as Telecom, Cable, or Logistics
European business leadership experience strongly preferred
Previous Expat experience is ideal
