Applied Bank, Delaware's Top Rated Bank, is seeking an SVP, Senior Commercial Loan Relationship Manager. In this role, you will build and expand high-value commercial relationships while developing and implementing the Bank's lending and business development strategies.

Responsibilities

Cultivating new lending opportunities that can be developed into strategic relationships with a strong focus on the Delaware and Southeastern PA markets along with contiguous counties in Maryland and New Jersey

Structure credits and loan facilities while maintaining sound risk management and asset quality

Engage and network with leaders in the community to support the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives

Ability to cross-sell products, along with proven sales and product expertise with business clients

Maintain an assigned portfolio of diversified commercial loans in a manner that retains and builds upon customer relationships through exceptional servicing and value-added products

Assist in facilitating the due diligence and closing of loan transactions

Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of implementing lending and business development strategies
