The role involves managing general accounting operations, processing invoices, preparing reconciliations, and collaborating with international finance teams for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Managing general accounting operations: customers, suppliers, and office accounts
Processing invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
Preparing bank reconciliations and assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting VAT return preparation and quarterly closings
Handling expense reports and ensuring accurate financial data entry
Collaborating with the team on data reconciliation and responding to business queries

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
Previous experience in an accounting department required
Advanced Excel skills (SAP knowledge is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft collaborative tools
Fluent in English – knowledge of French or Spanish is a strong advantage
Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
Eager to learn the strategic and operational aspects of a global organization
Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones
