They are seeking a Systems Engineering and Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead to manage a team focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions, including system development, requirements gathering, and test execution.

Responsibilities

Leading a medium size team of Systems Engineers on EW related programs

Managing all system engineering content and work products

Implementing the product development process

Manage Cost and Schedule responsibilities for the systems team

Execute of systems planning and requirements development

Create and review of systems requirements to include, software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts

Allocate of requirements to engineering other disciplines

Creating system test plans, procedures and reports

Provide oversight to product design, development, integration, and verification

Develop and maintain external releasonship with customers, other contractors and government officials

Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings

Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers

Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures

Supports proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities

Required

BS degree in a STEM field in addition to 12+ Years of relevant industry or equivalent

Possess an Active US Government security clearance (with ability to possess TS)

Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex programs

Expert in effectively documenting, communicating, leading and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations

Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)

Experience developing viable concept solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks, and leading technical teams

EVMS certification and CAM experienced required
