Responsibilities
To manage the day-to-day activities of the Scientific Director of the Center for Cancer Research by providing direction and administrative support
This position ensures that the Scientific Director is in compliance with the University’s and other various funding agencies, regulations, procedures and guidelines
This position will handle all travel arrangements and enter travel and expenses into the Concur portal
Set up and schedule meetings via Zoom and conference calls; ensuring all equipment is functional
Attend meetings entering minutes, provide feedback and reminders as needed for attendees
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Computer proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Excellent phone etiquette
Verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work with minimum supervision
