Responsibilities

Manages and organizes client data

Analyzes client data from both internal and external databases in order to support internal actuaries, consultants and customers

Provides data analysis services to internal and external clients

Uses software to analyze data and create required outputs (files, reports, utilization analyses, etc.)

Develops external data requests, analyzes externally created data, performs data integrity analysis, and creates required outputs

May produce professional services fee schedule analysis

Selects audit samples and performs electronic audits on the selected sample

May supervise external auditors

May serve as a project manager/lead auditor on client performance evaluation projects

Formats data on behalf of clients in order to load into data warehouses

Evaluates system performance and makes recommendations to systems support team

May order and maintain necessary databases from external data vendors

Experience with Insurance / Risk Management business

Must have an understanding and prior usage of remote workforce tools

Insurance data analysis experience highly preferred (claim examination, fraud detection, claim auditing information systems, data analysis and reporting)

Insurance industry designations preferred

Health Insurance experience a significant plus

College degree a plus, but not required
