Qualification
Required
Freelancers, contract workers, or gig workers with prior large-scale event or hospitality experience
Individuals available to work in major U.S. cities in 2026 (multi-day or multi-week commitments may apply)
Professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Team-oriented problem solvers with strong communication skills
Full availability to support all or a majority of the event days (mid-May – mid-July)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be standing for 8 hours at a time
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed
Preferred
Previous work in global sports (e.g. Olympics, World Cups, Super Bowl etc.) a major plus but not required
Multilingual abilities a plus
