The role involves collaborating with the Principal and Senior Designer in design development, managing procurement, and coordinating installation, while also preparing presentations and working with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Principal and Senior Designer in guiding the concept and design development, managing procurement, and coordinating installation

Keep updated AutoCAD drawings for interiors, covering furniture and lighting layouts, elevation views, tile and stone arrangements, and millwork specifications

Prepare both digital and physical presentations for clients, incorporating design schemes, detailed specifications, reference images, furniture layouts, and elevation plans

Gather and update extensive FF&E specifications

Work in tandem with external subcontractors and project partners, such as architects, general contractors, craftsmen, and others

Field surveying of client spaces

Attending project meetings and providing documentation support

Potential for travel to site locations
