Responsibilities
Manage Sales & Marketing headcount and compensation costs, including annual budgeting, sales rep capacity planning, and monthly forecasting and variance analysis
Analyze, measure, and track ROI of demand generation activities and sales channels, including Icertis’ strategic GTM partnerships
Partner with Sales & Marketing budget owners to maximize top-line growth while maintaining or improving ROI from headcount and program investments
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate Sales & Marketing headcount and operating expense reporting
Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance forecasting efficiency and budget tracking
Qualification
Required
Intellectual curiosity, a desire for continuous learning, and openness to constructive feedback
Ability to self-start and operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple workstreams and setting expectations with stakeholders
Structured thinking and strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize disparate data into meaningful insights
Excellent communication and influencing skills, including simplifying complex analyses and tailoring presentations to the audience
5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analysis
3+ years of FP&A experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Preferred
Prior experience as a finance partner to Sales and Marketing teams highly preferred
Anaplan experience is a plus
