Partner 1:1 with business owners to create and execute strategic growth plans
Apply your firsthand experience leading teams, managing operations, and scaling a company
Build a book of 10-20 clients, each relationship built on trust, accountability, and measurable results
Qualification
Required
Former Business Owner
Experience in building and scaling a business
Experience in hiring a team
Experience in managing cash flow
Experience in solving complex problems
Experience advising founders of companies with $500K–$10M in revenue
Experience leading teams and managing operations
Ability to create and execute strategic growth plans
Ability to build a book of 10-20 clients
Ability to build relationships based on trust and accountability
Desire for flexibility, variety, and purpose in work
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Experience as a key operator or owner of a business between $2M–$10M in annual revenue
Experience in coaching others
Desire to see tangible results from work
