MIM - Associate – Client Service Operations

Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and offboarding for SMAs and Fund Investors across Fixed Income & Active Equity Products
Assist in managing client-driven change initiatives including guideline updates, strategy modifications, and custody transitions
Respond to day-to-day operational client inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Act as a client advocate by understanding operational needs and contributing to a positive client experience
Prepare and deliver accurate client reports in a timely manner
Participate in Operational Due Diligence, questionnaires, and client-led audits
Contribute to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and process enhancements

Required

3–5 years of experience in Financial Services or Investment Management, with a focus on Fixed Income
Hands-on experience with onboarding and change management for SMAs and Fund Investors (CITs and LPs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and projects
Willingness to support business heads on ad-hoc operational initiatives

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with advanced Excel functions and Power BI is a plus
Salesforce or some form of CRM experience is a plus
