Responsibilities
Manage workstreams or full projects with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and results
Develop project plans, monitor progress, and course-correct to ensure value delivery
Serve as a client point of contact, translating business needs into actionable insights and solutions
Guide and mentor Consultants and Analysts, providing structured feedback and supporting professional growth
Collaborate with senior leaders to build capabilities and support organizational development initiatives
Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and sales pursuits
Identify new opportunities to expand work within existing client accounts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field

The ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time
Preferred
8+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience
3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls
Proven expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms
Deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks
Hands-on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
Strong knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems
Demonstrated ability to lead or support automation projects from concept through commissioning
Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration
Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (e.g., food & beverage, pharma, mining, or heavy industry)
