Design and deliver backend services for authentication and account lifecycle management
Scale consent and messaging systems to meet new product and regulatory needs
Lead initiatives that enhance reliability, observability, and performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with security, legal, and marketing teams
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in production systems
Strong experience with Node.js, Go, Python, or TypeScript
Familiarity with OAuth2, SSO, MFA, and privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, COPPA)
Proven ability to deliver complex features end-to-end
Strong communication and collaboration skills
