In this role, you will manage the data input process into the ERP system, ensuring quality and consistency while collaborating with multiple teams to maintain data integrity and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities
Oversee the encoding/ data entry process for various data formats within IFS
Maintain encoding standards and quality control procedures in adherence with IPL’s policies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to encoding within IFS
Monitor and report on encoding progress and associated metrics
Collaborate with technical teams to implement new encoding technologies and workflows within IFS
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Accurately set up items, routings, BOMs, customers, suppliers and other IFS inputs as required
Verify and validate item information to ensure accuracy and completeness in line with data governance policies
Ensure consistency and standardization of item codes, descriptions, and other relevant data across IFS
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies in item data
Provide support to internal teams and external partners regarding item-related inquiries
Actively participate in the evaluation of existing item set-up processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Qualification
Required
2 + years Data Entry experience
High proficiency level in Microsoft Excel required
Proficiency in SQL or equivalent for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting is an advantage
Familiarity with data management processes and manufacturing systems is a plus
Proven track record of meeting deadlines
Strong understanding of data formats within ERP systems and IFS
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Knowledge of best practices for data management and input
