Territory & Product Manager - Colorado/Rocky Mountain States
Western Component Sales (WCS) is a leading manufacturers’ representative firm in the HVAC/R industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and driven Territory and Product Manager to manage and grow existing wholesale distributor relationships while developing contractor relationships to drive product demand through the channel.
Responsibilities
Support HVAC/R wholesalers through training events, open houses, product demonstrations, and ongoing product education
Develop and execute customer action plans to effectively promote and support product offerings
Identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and execute a defined sales strategy
Maintain and expand personal HVAC/R product knowledge and technical expertise
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
Identify, communicate, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Serve as a liaison between WCS, our manufacturing partners, and our wholesale customers
Contractor relationship and business development
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated, hardworking, and results-oriented sales professional
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Prior refrigeration experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
