Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Consumer Direct Loan Sales team to meet aggressive production and revenue goals

Coach and develop high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

Monitor daily sales activity, including call performance and client interactions, to ensure consistent execution

Conduct interviews and hire top-tier talent to expand the team

Track and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and profitability

Collaborate with executive leadership to align team goals with company objectives

Required

Proven leadership experience in consumer direct lending, preferably in mortgage, home equity, or personal loans

Preferred

Experience with dialers and call center technologies is a plus

Prior VP-level experience in consumer direct lending environments

Familiarity with AmeriSave's product suite including home equity and personal loans

Track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence
