Responsibilities
Assist the project manager in the design of transportation engineering projects including rural and urban highway and local road design, storm sewer, traffic control and staging, erosion control and grading
Assist in the preparation of documents such as project specifications, design reports, alternative analyses, agency coordination, permitting, and cost estimates
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a transportation emphasis
Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain this license over time
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to learn and stay current with the latest design standards and procedures
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
