The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring structured cabling installation projects are delivered on-budget, on-time, and safely, while managing day-to-day operations and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Responsible that all structured cabling installations projects are delivered on-budget, on-time, and safely

Manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned projects. Communicate with management in advance about staffing requirements

Coordinate & approve equipment & product purchasing

Scheduling, managing, & coordinating the available labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, weather, technical expertise, diverse cultures & the calendar. Will perform site visits in the pre-planning phase

Effective communication interaction with Sales, the Client, and Installation Teams & Management. Conduct regular team meetings

Travel will be required, sometimes with little advance notice

Documenting every aspect of the project’s progress including , change orders, logistics, & events

Pre-Commissioning Testing, and Quality Control

Manage subordinate timecards

Client Training

Obtaining Final Sign-Offs at project completion
