This role involves executing marketing tasks across various channels and maintaining project documentation to help the marketing teams achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

Runs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of marketing initiatives while organizing the data into presentable formats

Executes marketing processes via basic project management tactics in support of marketing campaigns and other departmental initiatives

Maintains accurate documentation of processes, while effectively communicating cross-functionally with various business units, as identified by Marketing Management

Maintains project timelines, business cases, presentations, project documentation and other documents as needed to support marketing teams in achieving key goals as outlined by the business (i.e. growth targets and other key metrics)

Tracks progress and deliverables with customer comments and key marketing projects by evaluating ongoing customer comment reports for consistencies and opportunities for improved customer experience and loyalty

Helps organize, participate and summarize key departmental meetings and discussions

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
