Responsibilities
Active participation in strategic contract reviews
Technical accounting assessments of Oracle programs
Analysis of evolving regulatory developments
Provides technical accounting advisory support to the Global Revenue Recognition organization
Ensuring that revenue is recognized in full compliance with U.S. GAAP (primarily ASC 606 and ASC 842)
Alignment with Oracle’s Revenue Recognition, Internal Controls, Finance & Accounting, and Business Practices policies
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Deep technical accounting and finance expertise
Experience with U.S. GAAP, primarily ASC 606 and ASC 842
Experience in strategic contract reviews and technical accounting assessments
Ability to provide technical accounting advisory support
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders
Commitment to continuous improvement of processes
