Responsibilities

Coordinate with staff across all divisions of the Health Department to plan programs, manage grants, and ensure everything aligns with funding requirements

Identify funding opportunities, write and submit grant applications, and build systems that ensure long-term compliance with federal, state, and local requirements

Monitor performance, maintain documentation, and collaborate to ensure the department stays on track with grant obligations

Required

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration or a related area

Two years of related experience in coordination of grant efforts including development, tracking and compliance

Proof of United States Citizenship/Authorization to Work in the United States as established by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 is a condition of employment

Pre-employment drug testing is required
