Distribution Center Manager
IPEX by Aliaxis is a company focused on innovation and extraordinary service in the manufacturing sector. They are seeking a Distribution Center Manager who will be responsible for the health and safety of employees, overall performance of the Distribution Center, and adherence to policies and budget management.

Responsibilities
Manage the Distribution Operations according to the existing service and quality standards defined by HARCO
Develop, promote and manage the different aspects of Health & Safety
Manage and develop the DC team in a way that ensures team cohesion and effectiveness in offering prompt and accurate customer service
Develop, promote and manage the different aspects of Health & Safety, as well as Human Resources
Maintain inventory accuracy through the use of the RF technology and also cycle and physical counts
Assist in the development of the operating budget and, once approved, manage it
Use Continuous Improvement principles to make operations more efficient while improving customer service. This is accomplished by using Lean Principles, Problem Solving, 5S Programs, etc
Ensure that the DC follows all internal practices such as, but not limited to, the TMS, C-TPAT program, company standards, etc
Ensure proper training of employees according to internal standards and provincial/state laws and regulations specific to our industry
Coordinate repairs and purchases for the DC
