Procurement Clerk (Contract)
Blue Star Partners is seeking a Procurement Clerk to support purchasing activities across the organization. The role involves executing procurement processes, managing supplier interactions, and contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Engage stakeholders to understand procurement needs and promote adoption of tools and strategies
Support supplier management efforts, including scorecards and sustainability tracking
Assist with achieving cost savings and category objectives
Process requisitions, manage contracts, and contribute to supplier selection
Educate users on procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) and troubleshoot issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and tools
Implement and communicate process changes across departments
Resolve supplier performance and system-related issues
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience using Ariba procurement tools
Experience with requisitioning and procurement systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of procurement strategies and best practices
Preferred
Familiarity with Coupa, Power BI, or similar platforms
